Opportunities for Your Organization

Speaking

I am passionate about teaching people, whether in team meetings, classrooms, or community centers. There is just something about how a person’s eyes light up when they have received a life changing revelation. I call it the “Aha” moment.

Let’s connect about organizing a talk, a workshop, or a group coaching session. I can travel to you or we can meet virtually.

Below are a few of my signature topics. Take a look and then reach out with a note so we can discuss topic, dates, location, and pricing.

What I Do

Here Are Examples Of Topics I speak On

Lesson From The Iceberg

Where do our beliefs come from? Why do we behave the ways that we do? In Lesson From The Iceberg, we will discover how your beliefs shape your world and drive your actions, and we’ll uncover how mindsets are formed and why they play such a major role in the critical decisions that impact your success and quality of life.

Thriving Through Change

Many people are uncomfortable, even afraid of changing. We realize we have to make changes to reach our goals, but change can feel disruptive. Yet change is not a dirty word. We can learn to thrive through change by mastering our reactions and developing new mindsets that transform us from victims to victors.

Creating a Healthy Organization

A healthy organization is a place where people trust each other, feel a sense of belonging, and believe they can safely debate issues and express ideas openly. They are able to hold each other accountable to achieving the team’s goals and have a high level of commitment to the success of the organization. Healthy organizations are high performing and have higher than average engagement scores and lower than average turn over.

Emotional Intelligence

If you think emotional intelligence is only important for people who are required to interact or communicate with others, you are right … because that is ALL of us! Many experts now believe that a person’s emotional intelligence quotient, commonly called EQ, may be more important than their intelligence quotient, or IQ. It is certainly a better predictor of success, quality of relationships, and overall happiness.

Time & Energy Management

Managing time is a fallacy, but we can master our time by mastering our energy. When we learn how to manage our energy levels, we become empowered to use our natural strengths to get the important things done, and we end up feeling more fulfilled and less stressed.

Robin was a calming presence in a stressful time. His knowledge and guidance helped me get out of my head and focus on taking some key steps that had a great impact to my team. Thank you, Robin, for guiding me on my leadership journey.”
